Effective September 2026. This notice supplements the Advanced Auto Network Inc. Privacy Policy and Terms of Service and applies to the AAN Business Funding and AAN Commercial Capital services.
Advanced Auto Network Inc. ("AAN") provides business and transaction advisory services: assessing a business-capital requirement, advising on how a transaction may be structured and prepared, preparing analysis and presentation materials, and, with the client's agreement, introducing the client to capital providers and professionals.
AAN is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. AAN is not a mortgage brokerage, mortgage broker or mortgage agent and does not deal in or trade in mortgages or arrange mortgage financing; where a transaction involves financing secured by real property, that financing is arranged by a licensed mortgage brokerage engaged by the client. AAN is not a securities dealer or adviser, a law firm or an accounting firm; legal, accounting, tax and securities matters remain with the appropriate licensed professionals.
Through our intake forms we collect business and contact information, details of the capital requirement or transaction, and approximate financial information. Where an engagement proceeds, we may receive financial statements, tax returns, business plans, projections, agreements and similar documents that you choose to provide. We also record how you reached our site (for example the campaign, platform or referral source) to measure our own marketing.
To assess whether and how we can assist; to contact you about your request by email, telephone or text message; to prepare analysis and materials for an engagement; and, only with your agreement, to introduce your request to capital providers or licensed professionals. We do not sell your information, and we do not distribute your request to multiple lenders without your knowledge.
Advisory and transaction-preparation work is performed under a written engagement agreement that sets out scope and fees before work begins. Where a capital provider or professional pays AAN a referral or introduction fee in connection with an introduction, AAN will disclose that a fee is payable. Such fees do not alter the terms offered to you by the provider.
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, stored in our customer-relationship system and in a secured backup, and accessible only to AAN personnel who need them. Documents provided for an engagement are retained for the duration of the engagement and for the period required for our records, then deleted or returned on request.
You may withdraw consent to further contact, request access to or correction of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mario@advancedautonetwork.ca. Commercial electronic messages we send comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
